Alianzas estratégicas una buena forma de sobrevivir en la crisis
En Colombia tenemos varios ejemplos de alianzas estratégicas, empresas que se unen para fortalecerse y salir adelante en el mercado competitivo, una de estas ha sido Renault – Nissan, donde cumplieron 10 años trabajando en equipo.
«Desde un principio, la Alianza se ha basado en la premisa de confianza y la búsqueda de estrategias dirigidas hacia el crecimiento rentable», dijo Carlos Ghosn, Presidente y Director General de Renault y Nissan. «Continuamos honrando estos principios, aun mientras seguimos adaptándonos al ambiente operativo actual, el cual es severo. La Alianza está preparando a Renault y a Nissan no sólo para sobrevivir la crisis económica y financiera global, sino también para mejorar su posición y competir con efectividad una vez que finalice la crisis».
Las alianzas hacen que los objetivos se cumplan ayudan al fortalecimiento, mantenimiento, y crecimiento de las ideas o proyectos de las empresas socias. Existe un trabajo colectivo para un fin común, uno de los mas importantes objetivos es el de tener mayor rentabilidad, reducir costos de producción al compartir sus plantas, respaldo de marca, garantía, (aunque en este caso es indiscutible son excelentes marcas y reconocidas a nivel mundial), abrir y cubrir nuevos mercados, ampliación de gamas o líneas de los productos ofrecidos.
Otro tipo de alianzas que realizan empresas sin ánimo de lucro con entidades públicas o también privadas es la de desarrollar proyectos educativos, de recreación y de vivienda, son un poco más sencillas y no tan conocidas como las grandes multinacionales pero al igual que ellas trabajan en pro de la comunidad generando empleo y oportunidades para la gente.
