La gran cantidad de dispositivos móviles con acceso a la red, es uno de los problemas que día a día están saturando y disminuyendo la capacidad de la misma  y se prevé que cada día será peor.

La gente depende de la red. Por medio de esta trabaja, busca cierta información, conoce gente, sube videos, descarga música y una cantidad de aplicativos los cuales  podrían experimentar situaciones tan lamentables y estresantes como estar en un trancón o hacer una fila.

Según un estudio de WORLD STATS hay más de 1.700 millones de personas conectadas a internet en el mundo lo que equivale al 27 % de la población del planeta. Lo que hace evidente que la red es cada vez más necesaria y vital para millones de personas.

Son dos los factores principales que contribuyen a la congestión en la red. El primero es la masificación y posterior uso de dispositivos móviles con acceso a internet  y el auge del video.

Según un estudio realizado por CISCO “pronostico de índice de red visual” en unos años la gente accederá a la información desde un dispositivo móvil y dejara a un lado el computador de escritorio.
